We collect data for the purpose of providing our services. For the sake of this Privacy Policy, all products, courses, software, tools, animation, fitness and diet plans, links, guides, alerts, signals will be collectively known as our services throughout this document. All data provided on the website by the user will be collected and used in a professional manner. This includes such personal data as the email address, device information, social media platforms IDs, and any other information voluntarily shared with our website. All information supplied for the purpose of receiving our services will be deemed to be data voluntarily shared by the user.

Automatic information collection is the information collected from the user when the user accesses our website and this information may include the user’s IP address, browser type, device, and OS type, access dates and times, and any pages viewed. Any information pertaining to website interaction (i.e. reviews, feedback, and comments) may be collected, while some information may be collected automatically through cookies.


  1. Payment Information Collection

We do not collect any payment data directly, nor we store any such information. We use third-party platforms and service providers for the purpose of payment collection. Any information given to the third-party website will not be processed by the Exercise Animatic website, instead, that information will be stored, processed, and used by third-party websites. Thereby, the user is urged to read the policy for such other websites.

If you connect your account to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, we will collect information about you from those platforms, including your name, social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, and profile image, as well as public contact information.

If you use the Site via a mobile device, we may collect information about that device, including its unique identifier, model, and manufacturer, as well as its location.

Third-party data is received when you connect your account to a third-party service and provide the Site access to this data, such as personal information or network friends.

Cookies may be placed in the user’s device browser files, or the device’s IP address may be tracked to provide you with automated features.

  1. Google AdSense And Marketing Tools

We use marketing services on the website of Exercise Animatic in order to provide you interesting offers. In order to do that we display advertisements through different advertisement service providers that use web beacons and cookies. These cookies and web beacons are activated when a user visits our website. Web beacons are small files usually in image format which are used by third-party services for the purpose of monitoring users’ activity at a website. To present online advertising on our website we primarily use the services of Google Ad-Exchange, Google AdSense.

  1. Data And Google Analytics

Exercise Animatic uses the services of “Google Analytics” in order to collect information for the purpose of its website users. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used before coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this website. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this website, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this website is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use (as amended for government websites) and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this website by disabling cookies on your browser.

  1.  “Do Not Track” (DNT) Signals

DNT is a form of technology that authorizes a user using a specific browser to allow or disallow from collecting information through that specific browser. However, since, there are no legislations or proper mechanisms for browsers to do that, therefore, Exercise Animatic’s website doesn’t respond to DNT signals.  





Third-party platform services may be used to enhance the user experience. Social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook may be used for the purpose of brand advertising. We will not share, lease, or sell any user information to a third-party. Please note that we do not contain the data safety practices of any third-party websites. Upon leaving our website via third-party links, any information given will not be covered by this privacy policy, and the safety and privacy of any information given cannot be guaranteed.  We encourage users to inform themselves of any third-party website policies. CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act) is the state law of California (USA) which has to be mentioned in the privacy policies by online businesses and websites. CalOPPA is not only for the websites of California or the United States of America but it is for every business that wants to operate and wants to collect data from the residents of California. This law states how the privacy information of the residents of the State of California will be collected and used by the websites. 

We respect and value the privacy of all its users and to be in compliance with California Online Privacy Protection Act we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), we have taken some necessary precautions.

Our website does not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 13. This step has been taken in observance and compliance with the COPPA act (The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act enacted in 1998)

Please do not use our website or services, or provide us with your personal information if you are under the age of 13.

We give all users of our website the option to opt-out from our newsletters, promotional, and commercial email lists by simply contacting us and letting us know. Moreover, the user has also an option to opt-out by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the commercial email and removing his or her email from our list. This step has been taken in compliance with the CAN-SPAM act. Please note, we only send emails in order to share information, respond to inquiries, or promote our website, and to advertise our business. Requests to be deleted from email lists run by the website shall be completed upon a request submitted to our support department.
