All transactions are final due to the nature of digital material. After obtaining the services or products including any animations, videos, illustrations, diets plans, or other, no user can claim for a refund.
Exception: If due to some reason we fail to deliver any of our services due to technical error and the user has bought a Digital download then we will offer full refunds to such user/buyer (We do not offer or process any refunds after 30 days have passed from the date of purchase).
When cancelling a subscription, all future charges associated with future subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
Once your refund request has been received and accepted, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in the client’s records, so before contacting us, clients are requested to check with their respective credit card companies, banks, or other payment services.
